Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
We can only ship to your credit card billing address. If you would like to ship to a different address, please give us a call.

Returns:

Not happy? We accept returns within 10 days from the day your package is delivered.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately at websales@peridotfinejewelry.com or call us at 914-833-7333 and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. No items will be accepted for return without an RA number. Items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage on a return shipment, so we recommend you insure all items for their full value. If you have questions about this, give us a call.
 
Special Orders including items that have been sized or modified in any way, cannot be returned. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase, minus any shipping charges. Internet purchases may not be returned at our stores and our Internet return policy does not apply to in-store purchases.


Sizing:

If you know your correct ring size, call or email us so we can size it before we ship it to you. We will be happy to size your ring free of charge, plus or minus one ring size. If you receive your ring and you need to return it for sizing, please call us for an RA number. We recommend you send us your ring insured for its full value as we are not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment. The first time the ring is sized, the service is free of charge but shipping charges apply to return the ring back to you. If your ring requires additional adjustment, charges will apply. Please remember that once a ring has been sized it cannot be returned.

All our jewelry arrives beautifully wrapped in our signature Peridot gray box.  We also include a Peridot shopping bag, just in case the piece of jewelry that you purchased is intended for a gift.
