- Complimentary Ground Shipping on any order of $100 or more.
- Complimentary 2nd Day Air Shipping on any order of $250.
- Complimentary Overnight/Next Day Air Shipping on any order of $1500.

- STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (delivery depends on your location but usually within 3-5 business days)
- 2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING (does not include delivery on Saturday)

- All shipping fees are based on the cost of your order.
- If you choose to upgrade your shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
- All orders over $500 are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.
- We are unable at this time to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Additional charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. We will be happy to contact you to arrange shipping.
- You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number.
- We do our very best to ship every in-stock item within 24 hours.
- All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday should be shipped out that day. However, if you purchase a high value item on a Friday, we prefer to ship on a Monday for Tuesday delivery for the safety of the package.
- Please note, if you'd like your package shipping for Overnight Delivery on a Friday, it will arrive to you on a Monday. If you require a Saturday delivery, special shipping fees apply.
- We do currently ship internationally. Please contact us directly with any inquiries.
- Our primary carrier is UPS but we can ship FEDEX if you have a strong preference.

- We understand that it is sometimes hard to know how much you love something until you see it in person! So if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, just give us a call at 914-833-7333 or email us at email@example.com. We will either help you find something you do love, or issue a refund.
- We do offer a full refund for any items purchased online within 10 days of the date you received your order.
- We will issue a refund to your card the same day we receive your returned item, but please note that it can take 7-10 business days to post to your account, depending upon your bank.
- Items returned after 10 days of the date you received your order will be eligible for a store credit only.
- We do ask that the item be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage on a return shipment, so we ask that you insure all items for their full value. If you have questions about how to return your package, please give us a call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You are responsible for shipping charges for any returns.
- Special orders are not eligible for return or refund . Any orders that were customized or modified, including ring resizing, are considered a final sale.
