- GROUND SHIPPING (delivery depends on your location but usually within 3-5 business days)
- 2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING (does not include Saturday delivery)
- NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING (does not include Saturday delivery)
- For curbside pickup or local home delivery, choose "In Store Pick Up" at check out, and we'll get your jewels ready to go for you. You can either pop in the store, or we can drop off at your door within a 30 minute driving radius.

How do you ship?
We ship via UPS, but can also accommodate requests for FedEx and/or USPS. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Due to the high value nature of our jewelry, we ship with a signature requirement. If you’d like to waive the signature requirement, let us know by email or phone. Please note: without a signature, the package will not be insured.
Will I be charged sales tax on my Peridot purchase?
That depends - do you live outside of New York State? If the answer is yes, then you’re in luck! We do not charge tax on items being shipped out of state. All orders shipped within New York State are subject to your local sales tax.
Can I ship somewhere other than my billing address?
Of course, we are happy to deliver anywhere you’d like! Please keep in mind, when shipping and billing addresses are different, we may request some additional information for security purposes.
I live internationally – can you ship to me?
Yes! We work with GlobalShopEx to ship worldwide. Simply choose the "International Checkout" option when you are ready to checkout, and follow the seamless process where you see the cost of duties and taxes upfront.
How quickly do orders ship?
In most cases, we will ship your jewelry the same day an order is placed. Orders placed after 4pm EST Mon - Thurs may be shipped the following business day. Our carriers do not accommodate shipping on Saturdays, and we are closed Sundays & Mondays. If you have questions about a particular shipping date, feel free to reach out to us by phone or email.
Is in store pick up available for items I purchased on the web?
Absolutely! Simply choose “In Store Pick Up” when you check out. We will gladly hold purchased web items in store if you want to come by and pick them up.
Do you offer curbside pickup or delivery?
Yes we do! Curbside pickup is available for all items – simply choose "In Store Pick Up" at check out, and we will prep the item for you to pick up. Once you arrive, give us a quick call and we’ll pop outside to your car! For delivery, we will gladly deliver to local clients - please give us a call upon placing your order to request delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer refund, store credit, or exchange for any items purchased online within 10 days of when you received your order. We understand that it is sometimes hard to know how much you love something until you see it in person! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 914.833.7333. We will either help you find something you do love, or issue a full refund (less any shipping charges). Please note that it may take up to 7-10 days for a refund to post to your bank account.
How do I send my return item?
To initiate a return, please contact our store via phone or email, and we will issue you a UPS return label. We ask that all jewelry be returned unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please take care that the package does not jingle or shake in order to protect against theft or damage during the shipping process. We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrectly packaged jewelry. Note: shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
What’s your return policy for special orders or modified pieces?
Any orders that were special ordered, customized, or modified (including ring resizing) cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale.
