Refund policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer refund, store credit, or exchange for any items purchased online within 10 days of when you received your order. We understand that it is sometimes hard to know how much you love something until you see it in person! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at larchmont@peridotfinejewelry.com or call or text us at 914.833.7333. We will either help you find something you do love, or issue a full refund (less any shipping charges). Please note that it may take up to 7-10 days for a refund to post to your bank account.

Special Orders, including items that have been sized or modified for you in any way, cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale.
