18 Karat Yellow Gold East-West Oval Rose Cut Ruby (0.75 ct) Ring With Signature Brushed Finish. Ruby measures 7.4mm high by 9.5mm wide. Ring features bezel-set round diamonds (0.03 tcw) on either side of the ruby. Band is 1.5 mm wide. Ring size 6.5
